Our Solutions
Structured around your cash flow, not a fixed product sheet.
You borrow a fixed amount upfront and repay it in scheduled installments — principal and interest — over a set term, with the rate and payment set before you sign. Because approval leans on how the business performs rather than a single pledged asset, it suits a defined, one-time use: an expansion, a partner buyout, or bridging a seasonal gap.
A line secured against specific assets — usually receivables and inventory — rather than the business as a whole. You're approved for a limit that moves with the value of those assets, draw against it as needed, and pay interest only on what's outstanding. It suits businesses with real assets on the books but uneven cash flow.
A secured loan or lease where the vehicle, machinery or build-out you're purchasing is itself the collateral — which is what lets these deals move faster and often price better than an unsecured loan. Payments are fixed and the term generally matches the equipment's useful life.
Before You Apply
The qualifications, and how each one stacks up against the obvious alternative.
Business Term Loans
Most applicants clear these before we even talk structure and rate.
Term Loans vs. Traditional Bank Financing
A bank isn't wrong for every business — it's just built around a narrower set of them.
| Feature | Capital Partner | Traditional Bank |
|---|---|---|
| Approval speed | Days, not weeks | Often weeks to months |
| Application | Streamlined, mostly online | Extensive paperwork, branch visits |
| Collateral | Not always required | Usually required |
| Structure | Built around your cash flow | Fixed, one-size-fits-all terms |
| Funding | Fast once approved | Slower disbursement |
A bank may still offer the lowest rate on paper if your business fits its box. We're usually the better fit when speed, flexibility or approval odds matter more than shaving a point off the rate.
Asset-Based Lines of Credit
Because the line is secured by your assets, approval leans on documentation more than a term loan does.
How It Works
Instead of underwriting the business as a whole, we lend against a borrowing base calculated from your receivables and, where relevant, inventory — commonly a percentage of eligible AR plus a smaller advance rate against inventory. As those balances move, so does your available credit.
Equipment Financing
Because the equipment itself is the collateral, approval is usually faster than an unsecured loan.
How It Works
The vehicle, machine or build-out you're financing secures the loan itself, so there's no second asset to pledge. Payments are fixed and the term is generally matched to the equipment's useful life — shorter-lived assets get shorter terms, heavy equipment can stretch longer.
